My name is Dr. Reginald L. Rodges. I am a licensed Chiropractor who specialize in the treatment of the bulging disc in the neck and lower back with the Spine Med Decompression Therapy. I also specialize in weight management and weight loss. I graduated from Chiropractic School in May 1997 at the age of 24 and broke my neck in May 1998 at the age of 25. That event left me paralyzed for 2 weeks and rehabbing for an entire year. This is where my need and obsession of health began; particularly, in the need to maintain a good body weight. Being down over 40 pounds since 1998, a flatter belly, and still not on any medication AT ALL, is directly related to the lifestyle I am offering. Being a quadriplegic, I have learned firsthand how body weight affects every aspect of your life and mental well-being. This journey led me to get 3 certifications from IFPA, which were Personal Training, Sports Nutrition Specialist, and Weight Management. It is this knowledge that allows me the ability to walk around at 170 pounds at the age of 48 years old; when I graduated from high school, I was weighing 175 pounds. Understanding the science is why I can be healthy, fit, and a quadriplegic with a resting heart rate of 48 bpm and a body fat under 10%


. I don’t have to wear these new shirts that make you appear one way by flattening out your stomach and advertising something that I am not. You will never reach your goal through pills, potions, and ultimately surgery, but you can through time with science and personal discipline. With our help, you will reach a place, like Robert, that you did not know existed within YOURSELF. Self-improvement is what we all strive for and this program is a big part of self-improvement because it conquers your weight issues for the rest of your life. This is the only diet (eating lifestyle) I offer and is one that I can honestly say that works. There are no excuses you can give that I will accept that trumps quadriplegic. So, let me give you the science that will give you the real results you are looking for and beat the bulge for life.
